ROSE #1

ROSE #1

This modern inspired two-story residential home, was built adjacent to the beautiful Jervis Bay National Park in Hyams Beach. The four-bedroom with study family home was designed for entertaining close family and friends. The upper floor takes full advantage of the sweeping views of Jervis Bay and Point Periductular is framed perfectly from the box window in the dining.

With the use of off-form concrete walls, Colourbond Standing Seam cladding, feature timber, Barestone and Matrix cladding, gives a contemporary feel to the exterior. The high windows, raked ceiling, and two-story void in the entry way, gives the feeling of light and space. Heated concrete floors and Australian hardwood timber floors, finished with oversized tiles in the bathrooms alludes to a modern gallery feel.

The meticulous landscaped outdoor spaces lend itself to multiple outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing, buts also adds a sculpted element.

The seamless integration of the Alucobond cladding with garage door gives a high-end finish, as well as the use of steel, to allow large structural spends for wide open living spaces for and cantilevered balconies. All cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchenette, laundry and kitchen were custom made to maximise space and perfectly suit the client’s needs.
