This modern boathouse style beach house was designed for the clients with entertaining extended family in mind, comprising of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate pool house accommodation, pool, with multiple outdoor entertaining spaces and beautifully landscaped to make the most of its beach front location on Hyams Beach NSW.

The overall build included heated polished concrete floors, inground pool, feature timber cladding, stonework fireplace and raked ceilings with v-groove linings. The design of the house makes the most of the beachside location with sweeping views of Jervis Bay and Hyams Beach from all the living spaces and the main-bedroom. The use of multiple outdoor spaces allows for year-round outdoor entertaining depending on the weather with sheltered and covered entertaining areas with operable louvre roof pergola.
